Zinc Sulfate monohydrate (also spelled zinc sulphate) is a very water soluble, clear, crystalline compound. Zinc sulfate is commonly used as the heptahydrate form; It loses water at 30°C to give the hexahydrate and more water is lost at 70°C to form the monohydrate. Zinc sulfate monohydrate is used in agriculture as a weed killer and to give protection against pests; It is used to supply zinc in animal feeds and fertilizers; It is also an important constituent of the precipitating bath in the manufacture of viscose rayon and in electrolyte for zinc plating; It functions as a mordant in dyeing; as a preservative for skins and leather; and as an astringent and emitic in medicine.
We always pay great attention to adopt energy-saving and environment-friendly technology to develop qualified new products. Our zinc sulfate monohydrate quality enter into a new level for that we improved the rinsing technology, and increased the rinsing frequency. New technology adopted also reduced the discharge of solid waste greatly, increased the recovery rate of Indium and Lead much. We reduce the water and energy consumption by adopting triple effect evaporator and new drying equipment. These also make zinc sulfate monohydrate particle more uniform, have better flowability.
